Are you ready to increase HGH naturally in your body?
You can increase HGH naturally by a specific 15 minute workout once a week. Drinking a optimally produced whey protein before and after the workout increases natural HGH even more. Our hormones tend to decrease as we age and that’s true for Human Growth Hormone (HGH) too. We drop into “Somatopause”. When that happens the effects of HGH on our tissues decrease too. Are your abs nice and strong to keep your back in alignment and prevent back pain? Are your core muscles stabilized to help you keep great posture and keep you strong for your daily activities and exercise programs? Are you doing any ab exercises?
Seems like we exercise our limbs, heart and lungs regularly but neglect our abs.

The smoke from the forest fires cleared, the sun was shining, the wind was still producing a gorgeous day and beautiful setting for the 30th Tinman Triathlon staged at Lake Siskiyou in Mt. Shasta, California.
The participants came from all ages and walks of life to participate in the almost ½ mile swim, 10 mile bike and 4.5 mile run. From under 10 years old to over 70 (I would guess) they came for fun, frolic and fitness as per the slogan on the lavender T-shirts for all of the participants.
This was my 15th consecutive year to … Read the rest

A lot has been written about the benefits of cardiovascular aerobic training. Until recently, however, little attention has been given to strength training which is an important component of a balanced fitness program. Part of the problem is that strength training has been equated with bodybuilding. However, you do not need to be a body builder to benefit from strength training.
A well designed strength-training program can provide the following benefits:
1. Strength of bones increases
2. Muscles and connective tissue strengthens, decreasing the risk of injury
3. Increased muscle mass. Most adults lose about … Read the rest

The Various HIIT Programs
By Guest Author Joe Maldonado
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a workout regimen that contains bits of aerobic exercise that is high intensity, which gets followed up by quick periods of resting. If you don’t count the warm ups and cool downs, a beginner should be able to finish a routine in 4-6 minutes, while those who are more advanced might do it for more than 8-15 minutes.
Anyone who is trying to … Read the rest
