This is a collation of protocols recommended by a variety of doctors successfully treating their patients and preventing death. Prevention and early treatment of c19 are essential. These doctors recommend starting these protocols at the onset of any viral respiratory illness.

Prevention

Vitamin D3 5,000 units per day

Vitamin C 500 mg twice per day

Zinc 50-100 mg per day

Quercitin 500-1,000 mg per day

If become symptomatic add:

Low dose aspirin 81 mg per day

Add melatonin for prevention, especially if in older age group:

For prevention:

Melatonin (slow release): Begin with 0.3mg and increase as tolerated to 1-2 mg at night

For mildly symptomatic:

Melatonin 6-12 mg at night (the optimal dose is unknown

Dr. Brownstein recommends adding these supplements for first signs of illness and continue 4 days

Vitamin A 100,000 IU of emulsified A per day for 4 days

Vitamin D 50,000 units per day for 4 days

Vitamin C 1,000 mg per hour during waking hours

Iodine 50 mg per day until symptoms recede

Nasal Spray to Prevent Covid

Povidone Iodine is a disinfectant, and you want the solution, not the scrub.

Dr. Domb says to mix half a teaspoon of the 10% Povidone Iodine solution with a 44-mL spray bottle of saline nasal spray and shake it up.

Amanda Domb, Dr. Domb’s daughter said, “I use it four times a day, it’s super easy to use, it doesn’t hurt or anything. You just do it twice in each nostril, sniff a little bit and it’s done. It’s like really easy to add towards your morning routine and after you spray it in, if you just kind of tilt your head back that helps as well.

Do not use it if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have hyperthyroidism, are being treated for thyroid cancer with irradiated iodine, or hypersensitive to iodine. It should not be used on children younger than 6.

Hydrogen Peroxide nebulized for virus infection

  • Nebulized hydrogen peroxide therapy is an inexpensive and simple way to treat most viral respiratory illnesses

Prevention Protocol in Children and Adolescents
