Are your abs nice and strong to keep your back in alignment and prevent back pain? Are your core muscles stabilized to help you keep great posture and keep you strong for your daily activities and exercise programs? Are you doing any ab exercises?

On our journey through the osteoporosis prevention and reversal saga we’ve covered some not-so-well-known topics like toxicity and natural hormone therapy.

The Various HIIT Programs

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a workout regimen that contains bits of aerobic exercise that is high intensity, which gets followed up by quick periods of resting. The reason why it is different from other workout routines is because it doesn’t take very long to complete a workout.
