Liver and Gallbladder Flush

I first heard about this liver and gallbladder flush from a patient who had experienced right upper abdominal pain for years. Utilizing this procedure she flushed out large quantities of gall stones and her pain was gone. So, I tried it myself and flushed out stones even though I had no gallbladder symptoms.

The preparation of days 1 to 7 softens the stones. Upon expulsion they have a soft waxy consistency which helps them pass through the bile duct. If they become lodged in the bile duct, pain becomes crampy and intense. If taking another coffee enema does not help get them through the bile duct into the intestine, emergency surgery may be required.

The magnesium in the Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) helps relax muscles (as in the bile ducts) and also stimulates the bowels to flush their contents.

Some folks have had to repeat this liver and gallbladder flush 2-3 times to release all of the gall stones.

Although this procedure can be quite effective in flushing gall stones, undertake it at your own risk. This material is presented as educational material only. Consult and work with your health care provider while utilizing this procedure. And be sure both you and your health care provider understand that a stone may get lodged in the bile duct, although this rarely occurs when the Day 1-9 protocol is followed.

Coffee Enema

Ingredients:

1 qt. distilled water

Fresh ground coffee (keep in freezer after grinding)

(Best to have coffee beans ground at store, but if unable to find them, use canned coffee, still keep in freezer after opening).

Directions:

Boil 2 to 4 tablespoons of coffee for 5 minutes then simmer for 5 minutes and then cool and strain.

Dilute with distilled water until you have 1 quart.

Add 2 tbsp. of Black Strap Molasses.

Let enema in over about 15 to 20 minutes.  (You should have no rectal pressure to evacuate or you are letting it in too fast.)

Leave enema in about 20-45 minutes –  you can be in the  different positions as below if  it’s not too uncomfortable.

Lie on left side for 5 – 15 minutes

Lie on back or on all fours for 5 – 15 minutes

Lie on right side for 5 – 15 minute

If you get gas 2 to 3 hours after enema then add 1 or 2 tablespoons of vinegar to next enema.
