Coffee Enema

A coffee enema can be very useful in detoxifying the body, especially the liver. The coffee specifically stimulates the liver bile ducts and gallbladder to excrete their contents and helps dilate the bile duct so toxins pass more easily.
COFFEE ENEMA
Ingredients:
1 quart distilled water
Freshly ground coffee (Keep in freezer after grinding.)
(It’s best to have coffee beans ground at the store, but if unable to find whole coffee beans, use canned coffee, still keep it in the freezer after opening.)
2 tablespoons Black Strap Molasses
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (possibly)
Directions:
Boil 2 to 4 tablespoons of coffee in 1 quart of distilled water for 5 minutes. Then simmer for 5 minutes more. Allow to cool and strain out the grounds, reserving the liquid coffee.
Dilute the coffee liquid with distilled water until you have 1 quart.
Add 2 tablespoons of Black Strap Molasses.
Use an enema bucket with a colon tube if possible so the tube can be inserted gently about six inches into the colon after lubricating it.
Clamp the tubing. Then pour the coffee mixture into the enema bucket. Lubricate the end of tube that will be inserted into the rectum. Lie down on your left side and insert the colon tube gently about 6 inches into the colon.
Let the enema flow into the colon over about 15 to 20 minutes. You should have no rectal pressure to evacuate unless you are letting it in too fast.
Leave the enema in the colon about 20 to 45 minutes. You may shift positions as below if you get uncomfortable:
Lie on left side for 5 to 15 minutes.
Lie on back or on all fours for 5 to 15 minutes.
Lie on right side for 5-15 minutes.
If you develop gas 2 to 3 hours after the enema, then add 1 or 2 tablespoons of vinegar to the next enema.

Hi Doctor Jo. Thanks for this great article. Someone told me I must do a kidney cleanse before doing coffee enemas. Is this necessary? I have been reading about Dr. Gerson and his wonderful treatment for disease. Also watched “The Gerson Miracle” and “The Beautiful Truth” on netflix. What an amazing story. Thanks for your wonderful articles. God Bless You!
